A Battle with Heart!
I’m very proud of the players today! They were not bothered by us having players missing. They rolled up their sleeves and got on with it!
Special mentions to Henry in goal, he made some great saves. His first full match between the sticks, he didn’t disappoint. David In defence was outstanding and very strong in the tackle. Mason, Isaac, Jude and Ehsan were solid and played very well.
Id like to congratulate Charlie reaching 3 goals for the first time ever. He celebrated by scoring another 2 on top. 5 in total and a POM to boot! Oz took his goal well and was unlucky not to get a second.
A big local derby next week to look forward to
